I love religion. It holds people together like super glue from El Dorado, Texas to the shores of the Great Lakes. Jeremiah Wright is not one to back down. Why should he what does religion have to do with facts and reality, not much. That ole Mormon enclave in El Dorado which really has more to do with the power of men rather than the power of any God. It’s about making women into mindless breeding animals and servants to men and their needs. Is it that old Testament stuff gone wild. There is no stopping a bunch of horny men with a plan, huh? Even rape of young thirteen years old girl by men in their forties is justified in the name of God. Now the old world rock star of religion is here to visit America. I mean the Pope of course. A country that is now overdosing in religion and is eyeball deep in it. God does not treat all people the same. He treats the stupid and naive harshly. He treats the passive and subservient with no mercy. The only ones who seems to get any rewards are the evil and the visceral sinners. Those who mask their evil in the teachings of the Bible. Those that destroy and kill in their religious perversion in the name of some God. The Catholic Church is no stranger to killing and torture. How approicate the Pope has come to visit. After all George Bush would make any old world Catholic proud with his murdering and torture. I guess the Pope will bless the evil Toxic George Bush and legitimatise his evil ways. Stand by government as religion always does for the great good or in this case the greater evil. Always holding a balance between religion and authority. Condemning war ever so lightly and and condemning the sins of everyday people more vigorously. We have given people a free rides just by invoking the name of God, Jesus, Mohamed, or any other God that gives them some fake power. We have given ourselves to a God who see the rich and powerful. A God who understands that winning is everything. A God with not patience for the weak and the meek and sick. A God who realizes that we deserve what we get. A faceless God who knows there is a sucker born every minute. So as Jeremiah preaches against his own racism. The Mormons keep the sexual harem alive in Texas. The Pope of a by gone Religion comes to America to show us what the God of the Bible is not all that kind. Maybe they will drown out the sound of silence of a killing war in Iraq. The cries of dying Americas in a land that’s love it’s God.
